Live!! Rocky's Hot Fox Trot Orchestra playing swing and big band music, food & drink, raffle, and awards.

Course:  Start at Garden Gate at 2918 Metairie Rd., down Metairie Rd. to Oakridge and back to Garden Gate for an after race garden party featuring Live Big Band Music, food and refreshments from local area restaurants and businesses

 







Race Times
  • 7:30AM - Race Day Registration

  • 8:30AM - Start of 1 mile

  • 9:00AM - Start of 5K

$500.00 race sponsor will be featured on the back of the commemorative “Boogie for Baskets” t-shirt, receive a free t-shirt, featured in the Metairie Road booklet handed out on race day, our website, and also be in the race-day announcement commercial. 

$100.00 race sponsor will be featured on the race-day banner, receive a free race registration, featured in the Metairie Road booklet handed out on race day, our website, and also be in the race-day announcement commercial. 

Gift Sponsors will be featured in booklet and website, and be commercially announced by our MC on race day.

Food/Beverage Sponsor will be treated as a $500 sponsor and have table setup to serve and promote to our attendees.

Benefiting the St. Vincent de Paul Society of St. Francis Xavier Church
to provide food baskets for the poor for Thanksgiving and Christmas and other times during the year.

Racers and spectators are encouraged to bring canned goods for the food baskets.
